– construction of the construction object and its commissioning within the agreed time frame

– control of all work performed

– ensuring environmental safety and occupational health and safety at the facility

– ensuring the safety of the construction site

– control and coordination of the activities of subcontracting organizations

– ensuring a smooth technological process at the construction site

– timely supply of necessary materials and control of their quality

– maintaining project documentation (if necessary)

– managing the project within strict project and financial frameworks

– preparation and completion of the necessary technical and executive documentation with subsequent transfer to the customer

– participation in the commissioning of the facility
