The building underwent a major overhaul, including replacement of structural elements and utility systems. It included:
- replacement of interfloor slabs;
- replacement of electrical systems;
- replacement of windows and an entrance door;
- replacement of the heating system;
- a range of construction work and organizational and technical measures,
- related to strengthening the building frame;
- insulation of the building facade;
- installation of a new drainage system;
- insulation of attic floors, replacement of rafters and other structural elements;
- dismantling the old roof covering and subsequent replacement with new metal tiles;
- carrying out a range of interior finishing works works.
