On May 15 and 16, the Yevhen Ryabchuk Memorial Cup was held at the capital’s Hydropark Arena with the support of KAPF. For the second year in a row, our team participated and won the tournament, thus honoring the memory of our friend — the Ukrainian national beach soccer player Yevhen Ryabchuk.
The 4 strongest teams of Kyiv and Ukraine took part in the competition, namely “SERVIT”, “Artur Music”, “Alternativa”, NC “Beachsoccer”.
In the semi-final match, our guys won with a score of 6:2 in NC “Beachsoccer”.
In the final, they competed with the “Alternativa” team, which they confidently defeated with a score of 6:0.
Immediately after the final match, the awarding of the Cup players took place. Individual awards were given to our team players: Volodymyr Gladchenko, who became the best goalkeeper of the tournament, and Andriy Pashko, who received the statuette of the best scorer of the tournament, scoring 4 goals in two matches. The award for the best player of the tournament was traditionally given to the son of Yevhen Ryabchuk.
